TEMPORARY CARDS

Any temporary Willingboro resident may apply for a borrower’s card. The applicant should present identification with their permanent address on it and ID with their Willingboro address on it if they have it. With Willingboro ID, they may receive their card immediately. Without, they will have their card mailed to them. A temporary borrower’s card is good for six months and may be renewed once for a second six months. Five items at a time may be borrowed on a temporary card.
