Teens are not too young to learn the value of money. Teen financial educator Tyrus Ballard will teach the basics of money management at Willingboro Public Library in April. These programs have been rescheduled due to snow in Feb.
"I am dedicated to helping youth become financially empowered," says Tyrus Ballard. Ballard is a Willingboro resident and an eleventh grader at Life Center Academy. He also learns entrepreneurial skills at Granville Academy. In his presentation to teens, Ballard will co-present with Edwin Mays, a registered investment advisor with MaysGroup Investment Services in Princeton. Mays was formerly a vice-president at Merrill Lynch.
