    liberianwomenschorusThe world-renowned musicians Liberian Women’s Chorus for Change will perform on Sat., Apr. 30 at 2 p.m. at Willingboro Public Library. Fatu Gayflor, Maima Kiazolu, Marie Nyenabo, Yomo Payne, Zaye Tete and Tokay Tomah will delight and inspire with their voices. This free program is open to the public and requires no registration. The Philadelphia Folklore Project has partnered with the library on this program.

    njoratorscompressJoin the young people of New Jersey Orators for an evening of re-creations of famous speeches, music performances and more on Tues., May 10 at 7 p.m. The New Jersey orators, mentored by Willingboro residents Robert and Joyce Payne, are teens from all over South Jersey who wish to improve their rhetorical and performance skills. This free program is open to all and required no registration.

    storytimecompressChildren ages 18 mos.-4 years with a parent or caregiver will enjoy stories, songs, games and creative play on Wednesdays in May at 10:30 a.m. Register in the children's room.

    techgirlzGirls in grades 6-9 are invited to learn coding and create their own websites at a free workshop on Sat., May 14 from 1-4 p.m. Registration is ongoing and limited to 15 attendees. Taught by trainers from TechGirlz, attendees will learn to code and create an Infographic on a topic of their choosing. TechGirlz is a non-profit organization of women in technological careers who are dedicated to reducing the gender gap in technology organization.
