Young readers going into grades 1-12 will enjoy sports and fitness themed activities that promote reading in the 2016 Summer Reading Program. Grades 1-3 will meet on Tuesdays from June 28 to August 2; grades 4-6 will meet on Wednesdays from June 29 to August 3; and grades 7-12 will meet on Thursdays from June 30 to August 4. All afternoon meetings are held at 2 pm. Can't make a day time meeting? Come to family meetings on Wednesday, July 13 or Thursday, July 21 at 6 pm or ask about being an independent reader.
Mon.-Thurs., July 5-Aug. 28, 12:30 pm. A free, balanced lunch will be provided in the library cafe to anyone 18 years old or younger.
Students and instructors from Pinnacle Parkour Academy in Cherry Hill will demonstrate American Ninja Warrior training like that used in the NBC television show at Willingboro Public Library on Thurs., July 21 at 6 p.m. This free family program, part of the library’s Summer Reading Club activities, is open to the public and requires no registration.
