This free program is open to all ages. Refreshments will be served.The Hold On to Education Foundation, located in Willingboro, promotes educational development of children from inner-city and struggling suburban school districts.

Black Conservatism: What's It All About? PDF Print E-mail

prisockBen Carson, Herman Cain, Clarence Thomas- are these national figures out of step with African Americans in general? Willingboro Public Library will hold a lecture and discussion “Black Conservatism: What’s It All About?” on Sat., May 2 at 2 p.m. Louis Prisock, a Rutgers professor of Africana Studies, will discuss African American participation in conservative social and political movements, as well as the Black religious right. This free program is open to the public and requires no registration.
